[Editorial] Dieting: To Eat Or Not To Eat?

All people wanted to have a perfect body in order to achieve this you need to diet but what is the correct way on dieting? Many people said that in order to have an awesome body and lose weight you need to stop eating or you need to skip meals while on the other hand people said that you can achieve this by just eating small servings of food but frequent, now what is the correct way to lose weight? 


Answer: The correct way to lose weight is by just eating small servings of food but frequent because you are still alive and in order to live your body requires nutrients that can be obtained from the food that you eat remember don't deprive yourself of food but you will just choose the right food and healthier food for you. Food is not just for satisfaction of your hunger but it is also your body's fuel source without fuel it cannot work well, but how can you do that? Simple here is a small example of that *Remember I'm not a professional dietitian this example is just based on my daily meal plans.*

Morning:
1 small bowl of Oatmeal about 35 grams
1 Fruit (Banana,Apple,Orange etc...)
*interval meal*
1 Slice of Wheat bread or a Oatmeal Cookie

Lunch:
1 small cup of Brown rice or Ordinary white rice
any type of vegetable stew and fried or steamed fish

Afternoon Snack:
1 Slice of Wheat Bread
or When I'm having a workout I eat 2 hard boiled eggs *Only a maximum of 3-4 eggs a week*

Dinner
1 cup of Romaine or Iceberg Lettuce with cherry tomatoes or just tomatoes and salad dressing
any type of fried or steamed fish for protein

Don't forget to drink 8 or more glasses of water everyday because water helps on muscle toning and it is the body's natural detox.

Dieting is not hard it just needed a lot of focus and conviction to achieve your goal on being fit. I'm also fat before but i started to work hard and focus on my diet of at least 2000 calories a day and it is worth it. I started with about 200+ pounds before but now i only weigh about 160-165 pounds. So don't give up because every person has a chance to change their lives, I know it is hard to be fat all the things people say, all the discrimination specially on public transportation all of that can change if you believe in yourself and by just telling yourself "never give up because you are still alive,you are still breathing and you can still change." and remember every pound you lose is not just for you to look good, but every pound you lose is adding to the time that you can be with your family and your love ones.

  1. Well, I guess you are right with your opinions, but everyone wants to have an athletic body :)

  2. yeah your right everyone specially men wanted to have a greek god body but all of that can be achieved if you train right and eat right without food deprivation :)
